Macmillans Estate Agents - Preparing For The Next Decade
Ten years have now passed since Duncan Macmillan launched his estate agency business in Northwich. In 1997, prompted by the need for larger premises, the business moved to 34 High Street, Northwich where its prominently positioned office has constantly captivated the eyes of many a house buyer but none more than in recent months following the extensive renovation and building work that has taken place there. Today, the company's elegant and brightly lit premises bear testament to its commitment to making the process of buying selling or renting a property as simple and trouble free as possible.
Introducing the very latest in technology and visual display systems, the ground floor sales office provides an easy 'walk-round' environment while computer and projector generated images clearly show off its wide portfolio of town, village and country homes. A separate side entrance to the building gives way to the company's Property Rental Department that diligently looks after the affairs of nearly 200 Private Landlords. Crowning the building on its third floor is a ' Manhattan' style office loft where all the daily administrative duties of the company are tirelessly performed. Also, in sympathy with the alterations within the office, the outside of the building has been extensively renovated to form an attractive approach with a modern aesthetic appeal.
